1:1 Cooking Classes

Cook one-on-one with me from your own home! These cooking classes are designed to teach you about foods that nourish the body and help reduce the risk of disease, plus the cooking skills necessary to transform these foods into delicious meals!

Packages:

    • 1 Hour Cooking Session: 
      • Choose a recipe from the options available and learn the skills to make it during this 1-hour session!
    • 4 Week Preventative Health Package:
      • Four 1-hour cooking sessions
      • This package includes 1 breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack recipe
    • 8 Week Preventative Health Package: 
      • Eight 1-hour cooking sessions
      • This package includes 2 breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack recipes (8 cooking sessions total)
    • 12-week Preventative Health Package: 
      • Twelve 1-hour cooking sessions
      • This package includes 3 breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack recipes (12 cooking sessions total)

Choose from various recipes available, or we can create an individualized cooking curriculum based on your unique needs and goals upon request

Group Cooking Classes

Whether cooking with a group of your closest friends, family members, or seeking a corporate learning opportunity, this is a great way to build teamwork skills and bond over a delicious meal together! This culinary experience will enhance creativity, teamwork, decision-making, and communication skills. 

Community Cooking Classes

Virtual or in-person programs available for libraries, schools, and nursing homes.

In-person classes available in West-Central Wisconsin: Eau Claire, Chippewa Falls, Bloomer, and surrounding areas.
